1.    Battle Of The Pans requires contestants to prepare only one dish.

 

2.   When cooking on any given episode, each contestant will have one hour to complete their dish. Episodes where

     contestants will be baking, will have 90 minutes to completion. All food and baking  preparations will be done in

     advance. The contestant(s) that exceeds the given time for either will automatically be disqualified making the

     competitor the winner. The prize money is $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) per contestant per episode. If both

     contestants fail to beat the clock, then both contestants will be eliminated and the producer(s) of BATTLE OF THE PANS

     will pick the next new contestants.

 

3.   The winner of the competition will be determined by your fans so be sure to show off your ingredients and make your

      presentation look good because It’s all about the sizzle not the steak. The winner must disclose their recipe at the end

      of the show.

 

4.   There will be text voting to determine the winner. Simply text the telephone number on the screen and you’ll be

      prompted to choose which contestant to vote for once the clock starts at the beginning of the show. All votes will be

      tallied live on screen. Voters can cast only 1 (one) vote for their favorite contestant. The contestant with the most

      votes is the winner.

5.   The winner of each episode gets to nominate a new contestant of their choice as well as pick the next dish by

      choosing their favorite cooking or baking theme that the new contestant must comply to. Cooking and baking can

      not be combined in any given episode so the winner of each battle must choose one or the other before

      nominating the next contestant. The winner of each episode gets to continue onto the following next episode but

      with a cap of up to 3 (three) wins maximum. After the 3rd  (third) win, the producer(s) of BATTLE OF THE PANS  will pick

      the next new contestants. If there’s a tie, then they’ll be tie breaker battle to determine the winner on the next episode

      and the chance to double your money.

 

6.   Contestants must submit their email applications to BATTLE OF THE PANS to qualify and enter the competition.

7.    All contestants must have proof of a sample of their original work that they own the copyright to. If the copyright is

       jointly owned, written permission from all joint copyright owner(s) must be supplied in advance. No copies or use of

       another person’s work will be accepted whatsoever.

       This show features artists and entertainers with original works only.

 

8.    All contestants must have the equivalent of either Verizon, Optimum or Satellite internet service that is wi-fi capable

       and with UPLOAD speeds of no less than 300mbs readily available in order to qualify to be a contestant on the show.

       Go to  www.SpeedTest.net  for testing your upload speeds. All other wi-fi streaming devices on the premises must be

       shut off during the filming and streaming of this show.

9.     Any and All contestants appearing on Battle of the Pans agree and consent to in advance all the rules and

        regulations set forth herein.
